Your Role
As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will take ownership of our marketing efforts, proactively identifying what needs to be marketed and ensuring it is done effectively. Key responsibilities include:
• Weekly Strategy Meetings: Every Wednesday evening (CET), present a concise and actionable weekly marketing strategy to the team and implement it promptly.
• Monthly and Semi-Annual Planning: Develop comprehensive monthly marketing plans and long-term six-month strategies to ensure alignment with our goals.
• Blockchain-Focused Campaigns: Leverage your blockchain expertise to manage marketing for our sophisticated blockchain ecosystem, including community management, engagement, and expansion.
• Social Media Excellence: Maintain a strong online presence by creating compelling content and driving community growth across platforms.
• Event and Milestone Marketing: Promote events, achievements, and major announcements to amplify our brand visibility and reach.

• A strong online and social media presence, with hands-on experience in community management and engagement.
• A can-do, executive attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Blockchain expertise is non-negotiable, as much of your work will center on our blockchain platform and related initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, events, and strategies simultaneously.
